This is the new version of toplar_rulman from Nevit Dilmen. This parts is made with seven balls and the value to change is the diameter of axis. All the other features are recalculated. In version4, I corrected some errors in particular in the formula of the radius of the ball. I also modified my approach to the drawing, starting from a 2d shape to be extruded. And especially I added the spacers between the ball cages. How I Designed This From the diameter of axis and the thickness of the inner ring, I calculate the radius of the ball. To do this, you have to know the constraint of ball bearing mounting with seven balls. Five balls are held in a half circle. So the formula is sine(180/10)*(radius of axis + thickness of inner ring)/(1-sine(180/10) The constant values are the thickness of inner ring (and outer ring) the thickness of clips and hook of clips the thickness of ball cage the play Custom Section Change the diameter of axis and a new ball bearing appears. You can change the constant values too. There is no issues with the thickness of inner ring but the other constant values are constraint by the size of bearing. (i.e. if you let thickness of clips to 2 for a diameter of axis to 4, it will be a issue).
