Real 1" Snap Fort Kids PVC Kit Toy

So, the first model I made of this was pretty rough, and I found out it didn't work, at least not without flexible filament, and I didn't include a wrench either. That was over a year ago. I present to the world, a brand new modular 1 inch PVC fortress kit (now with working physics and wrench!) that's been revamped from scratch. When I was a kid, I used to play with "Playskool Pipeworks" and make cars, trains, helicopters, cranes, and all sorts of stuff. Those were the days! (Look it up online.) Those sets don't exist anymore, not really - just some knockoffs that are only for fort creation, not structural at all. With this new set, I hope to add more features to make "Panels" possible, or at least make something you could ride down a hill. That would be so cool! All the files are separated, but the kit would be assembled as in the picture (from Onshape, but will upload real prints soon). It would take a 1/4 inch drill bit (or a 6 mm drill bit) and some time, but the end result is going to be awesome, so I personally think it's worth the effort for my daughter. Here's how to build it: Buy one-inch PVC pipe and joints in abundance. Fit them together like a puzzle. Measure one inch from the pipe edge (or use Drill Measure printable, refer to picture containing part). Drill a hole straight through all pieces desired (uniformity makes the kit more modular, and able to be "rebuilt" differently with ease). Always drill vertically when joints are laying flat. Mark exactly halfway between both holes along outside edge (per drilled item). Drill a hole through both points marked. Insert spring joint part. Optionally insert tension rods in + shape. Optionally cut holes for, and insert PVC end cap, and glue to tension rod. I know that's a lot to take in, but I always want people to have fun building with this kit.
