Reading Lamp

Reading Lamp

I designed a battery-powered reading lamp by repurposing an IKEA lamp, an RC antenna, and custom-printed components. The customized parts were tailored specifically for a DIODER LED lamp (www.ikea.com/ch/de/catalog/products/40116541), which originally operates on 24V DC but I rewired it to run on battery power using three connected 9V batteries in series. The lower box is engineered to hold the batteries securely. The switch hole at the bottom allows for easy switching between AC mains power and battery power, with ample space for a cable if needed.
