Reach3D prusa inspired hot end with cooling fan

This innovative hot end configuration was inspired by a groundbreaking Prusa direct drive modification project in collaboration with the Reach 3D Community. These parts were meticulously designed from scratch using Fusion 360 and have undergone rigorous testing. Currently, there are only two configurations available: one for an E3Dv6 hot end paired with a BL touch sensor and a 30mm fan. I am actively working on another version tailored specifically for the stock J-head that comes standard with the Reach printer, but this project is still in development. Feel free to remix and share your creations with the community. This precision-crafted build features extremely tight tolerances, carefully packing all components together to minimize any loss of print area. To ensure a successful print, please verify that your printer is properly calibrated before printing this design, as clearance issues may arise with the BL touch or fan duct if not calibrated correctly. Additionally, I have included a prox sensor mount for those who prefer to use a proximity sensor instead of the BL touch. Please note that I have not tested this mount on my own printer, as I haven't used a proximity sensor in some time. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to inform me and I will do my best to address them promptly. Bill of Materials (BOM): You may already have some components from the Reach3D kit: * 2 M3x25 bolts * 2 M3x20 bolts * 2 M5x25 bolts * 1 M5x30 bolt * 4 M3x12 bolts For the BL touch: * 2 M3x6 bolts Other components: * 1 x 30 mm fan * 1 x 50 mm radial fan
