This object made its debut in the MakeShaper Design Challenge (check out all entries here). Crafted in Creo 4.0, this zip tie boasts a lever that can be easily fastened and unfastened by giving it a good pull. Clearly, print this with a flexible material of your choice, complete with supports and a raft for optimal results. Unfortunately, the pictures are quite poor, and I'm not sure why that is - perhaps there's something to learn from this experience?
