Remixed the design to enhance the venturi and create a mounting ring that connects it securely to the fan housing. The motor opening accommodates a high RPM DC motor measuring 27.5mm, warning: wear safety glasses when running. Print Settings: Printer: Just About any 200mmx200mm Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 (or better) Infill: Depends Notes: Print the impeller at 50% with double shells, while the housing can be around 25% infill and the top and ring can be 5 to 10%. You may want to scale down the impeller to either 95 or even 90% depending on the desired fit.
