RE 1/100 Gundam Efreet Custom Motorized Miniguns
thingiverse
This build may seem simple, but it can be incredibly frustrating. To complete it, you'll need to know how to solder wires and have a basic understanding of electrical engineering. Keep in mind that I'm not an expert in this field, so if anything goes wrong, don't say I didn't warn you. To power the motors and battery, I used 24G wires. These wires are carefully routed through the chain links and secured with tape to maintain the figure's shape. The motor itself is small and weak, but I boost it with a 9V battery. Believe it or not, the motor is actually held in place by tissues - it was the simplest solution I could find. Is using tissues a fire hazard? Absolutely, so proceed with caution. If you're looking for an alternative to hot glue, that's your call. Good luck! Components: * 9V battery and connector * 24G wires * 2 super mini DC micro motors * 1 small on/off switch If you'd like to support my efforts in creating free designs, consider buying the files for just $1 from my Etsy page.
