A custom cartridge lets you create your own filters. You can use the support disk to cut the filtering material to size. The filter's effectiveness is directly linked to what it's made of. After printing, before adding the filtering material, use a vacuum or block one end with your hands and inhale slowly to test for leaks. If breathing becomes difficult, the filter needs replacement. This product hasn't been certified, so it should only be used as a last resort when no other alternative is available that's been tested by a reputable certifying agency.
