Our team successfully built a 96 gram extruder packed with all necessary components: servo motor, electronics, Mk7 gear, bearing, axes, spring, and more - and it boasts an impressive 15.5 kg-cm torque, outperforming the Nema 17 by 3.5 times. This innovative extruder is currently in use on a custom-built CoreXY printer equipped with fixed fans, featuring our unique CrossFlow approach inspired by Ultimaker's community-driven design. The extruder's sleek design allows for fast and easy replacement with various tools such as lasers, pens, or spindles.
