Edit 2/14/17: Part files have been updated to improve the quality of this puzzle. Many small adjustments have been made to enhance its performance. A .zip file has been added containing a set of alternate parts to create a fully proportional 3x3x5 puzzle cube. Video of it here showing solve, with the last few minutes revealing some internal details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTi-uVYUPYc This is a 3x3x5 puzzle cube that you will need to assemble using your own core and screws/springs from another cube. It's recommended to use a YJ Guanlong core, which can be found for $3-4 and has been designed with this core in mind. The surfaces of the cube must be sanded smooth to allow it to operate properly and enable the stickers to adhere correctly to its sides. Some work is required to get this working at its best. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 15-20% Notes: I print my puzzles at standard quality for speed because I do extensive sanding. Post-Printing This puzzle will require extensive sanding to get it working properly. If it's not turning well, you likely need to sand more. I use a combination of sandpapers from 180 grit up to 1500 grit for my puzzles. It is a lot of work, but if you can still see printed lines, you haven't gone far enough. How I Designed This I do all my work with Open Source software exclusively. This puzzle was designed using Blender 3D.
