RCM Jig with Internal Wire - M600 Pause Needed

RCM Jig with Internal Wire - M600 Pause Needed

thingiverse

This is a remix of the excellent RCM jig by Sulya, available on Thingiverse as thing:2973594. For detailed instructions, please refer to his original model. Inserting the copper ethernet wire through the holes proved to be the most challenging part of making Sulya's jig. To overcome this hurdle, I paused my print at 1.6mm and inserted the wire before completion. This approach worked so well that I decided to remix the model and close up the back, securing the wire as a permanent fixture within the piece. There are two versions: one with a squared back designed to support a wire bent using Sulya's bending template, and the other with a rounded back that makes it easy to place the wire in the slot and trim to length afterwards.
