Update June 25th: Enlarged keyring hole for easier access, corrected orientation issue: it seems the model was rotated during STL export. Description: Redesigned RCM jig, built from scratch based on thing 2877484 with significant improvements: - Square 0.7mm holes for wire provide better bridging performance, resulting in cleaner holes that require no clearance. - Unnecessary chamfered edges have been eliminated since printer nozzles are already round. - Added keyring hole for convenient access. - Includes template for wire bending and cutting. Only copper wire version is included due to the risk of damaging the joycon port with a poorly bent paperclip. Copper wire can be easily sourced from a standard ethernet cable. Best Printing Settings: * 100% infill * 0.1mm layer height * Single perimeter print (multiple perimeters may compromise important details) Using the Template: 1. Insert the wire into the longest part, cut it to this length. 2. Place the wire in the medium part and bend at a 90-degree angle. 3. Insert the longer side of the wire into the smallest part of the template, bending one more time.
