RCExplorer MiniTricopter GoPro Session Mount: Low-Profile

This mount makes it easier to effectively secure a GoPro Session to the RcExplorer MiniTricopter by providing a sturdy platform for attachment. A few zip-ties are required to mount the Session securely to the RcExplorer camera plate. To complete the installation, a 20mm or narrower velcro strap is necessary to keep the Session firmly in place. The design has been successfully test-fit with the Session on my friend's tricopter, achieving a precise fit at a 15-degree angle. This iteration weighs approximately 20g when printed with a 20% infill and Hatchbox PLA. A taller version of this design can be found online at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1670234. Print Settings Printer Brand Printrbot Printer Simple Black Rafts Doesn't Matter Supports Doesn't Matter Resolution 0.1mm Infill 20% Notes Printing in PLA at 60% of my Printrbot's max speed produced a strong and durable part without any issues. The printed mount feels robust and sturdy, but it has not been crash-tested to ensure its reliability. Printing with ABS or nylon would result in an even more resilient part, although this may not be necessary for most users.
