A Replacement Primer Catch/Chute for RCBS Rock Chucker/Rock Chucker Supreme. Following success with the Dillon XL650 Primer Cup Support, I was tasked with replicating a broken Primer Chute for an RCBS Rock Chucker. The original part consisted of two components: 109145 and 109146, where the front piece (109145) had become damaged. To facilitate comparison, images were taken. This combined part takes advantage of additive manufacturing by combining both parts into one single unit. Initially printed in translucent Siraya Resin, the internal structure is visible upon inspection. However, this design choice has a notable consequence: it may be more challenging to clean on occasion. Moreover, thorough flushing of the two chutes will be essential to prevent resin residue from accumulating, potentially causing primer jamming during use.
