RCBS Collet Stand

I'm just using the RCBS collet bullet puller tool as a holder, since it only holds four collets and that's all I have available right now, so I didn't design it to hold any more. This way, it fits within the maximum horizontal size of my Ender 3. When I get some additional collet sizes, I'll simply remake the top part of this holder. To keep things straight, I added a second hole using a drill. However, the initial hole in the top doesn't take into account where the center of gravity is when there's something inside. After putting this up, I realized that my current design wouldn't be able to accommodate a standard locking ring on the main housing. So, I came up with a second version featuring a larger holder that won't have any issues.
