I prints in 54 minutes. It fits perfectly into the RC4WD 1.55 Dirt Grabber tires, providing extra support that prevents the stock tire and foam from folding over when nothing is on the trailer. However, adding a vehicle to the trailer causes the tire to go flat. To retain the stock fitment while gluing the tire to the wheel, I had to cut about half an inch of foam. The tire now feels much better, being very flat across but still having some give. This creation was made using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/d4TLJsydtnE.
