I designed these custom rear caster blocks for my RC10T4, utilizing 3/8" x 3/16" bearings and standard ball end and hinge pin configurations. A successful print and installation on my T4 ensued, with a few modifications to ensure proper fitment. I employed a 7/64 drill bit to precision-size the hinge pin hole and a 4-40 tap for the ball end hole, also using a Uni-bit type step drill to accurately bore the bearing cavities. If your printer is superior to mine, you may not require these adjustments.
