Team Associated RC10 Front A-Arm. Modeled from an original front a-arm. Printed one in Hatchbox glow in the dark PLA and one in Proto-Pasta Carbon Fiber PLA. The carbon fiber PLA printed much tighter tolerances for me. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Mini Rafts: Yes Resolution: .1mm Infill: 20% or higher Notes: I printed these on the flat side with supports because I have had trouble with overhangs. Supports leave some undesirable material, but printing from the bottom up might be better. I suggest supports for lower priced printers like mine ($200), but if you can print without them, it would look nice. How I Designed This Started with a side profile and extruded it to the width of the part. Then made cutouts, holes, and drafts.
