A compact pulley system designed for radio-controlled yachts centers around a robust Boca bearing. I couldn't find the product number since it was purchased from our local RC helicopter store. Using calipers, I measured an inner diameter of 3mm and an outer diameter of 6mm. To meet your requirements, the design has been modified to accommodate a 2mm ID, 5mm OD, and 2mm high bearing.
