Sweepwings Flinch & Juggernaut Winglet Design: A Collaborative Effort by Ruben of Sweepwings. The NEXEO DSM ID1030 CF10 is the basis for this winglet design, featuring PA6 with 10% Carbon Fiber reinforcement. Other materials can be used in its place. The CC0.6 RED Rube nozzle was employed to achieve optimal results. A strong, high-quality finish was obtained by printing at a layer height of 0.2 mm. One-line walls were specified for both the top and bottom surfaces, with a thickness of 0.2 mm.
