RC Wing Jig Additions
thingiverse
I had an A-Justo-Jig years ago, which vanished during one of the house moves. I've recently returned to RC flying and have been accumulating the necessary tools to start building planes from scratch. I printed the rib templates from DeltaD (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1708994 - thanks for the version of the old "A-Justo-Jig" concept) and purchased some 25 x 1.6mm aluminum square tubing, as well as 16 x 1.6mm tubes. I designed the attached parts to assemble everything into a functional jig. The center section has been designed to allow it to stand alone without the end pieces, making it ideal for builds that don't require much work on the underside of the wing. I printed the small end pieces as shown in the photos. These are slightly too short (150mm tall) for my liking, so I've designed a larger version @ 250mm tall but haven't printed it yet. I'll also design a medium length (195mm?) to fit a 200x200 bed printer and add it if anyone requires it.
