I upgraded the design by flipping the casing, moving the motor to the back of the winch drum, and expanding the gears.\r\n\r\nMounts the gears and drum with M3 screws or threaded shaft for added stability.\r\n\r\nDeploys a high-torque micro geared motor.\r\n\r\nFor extra reinforcement, I recommend running an M3 rod through the entire assembly to prevent it from cracking under heavy loads.\r\n\r\nUPDATE: With svyatoslaev's expert input, I revised the files to accommodate motor installation. Uses M3 screws for secure motor mounting. The motor clamp is specifically designed for one orientation; if it doesn't fit, simply rotate it 180 degrees.
