RC Watt Meter mount for E-bike

I designed this to be able to mount the standard 150A power meter to the handle bars of an electric bicycle. It uses a M5 nut and bolt to push against the case to fix it on. You'll need to heat the nut up and set it in on the inner side of the case, then once you thread the bolt in it will push against the casing proving a clamping force. The actual case has to be zip tied to the handle bar using two long and heavy duty zip ties. I printed the bottom case upside down with supports at 0.2mm layer height and the over case right side up with supports too. Same settings. It's not difficult to print so most settings should work. Make sure to print both with 3-4 walls to make it strong enough to deal with the clamping force of the nut/bolt Designed by Harry Phynn
