RC V1 Rocket Wingspann: 683mm CG: 42mm EDF: 50mm Changesun Lipo: 3-4s (1500-1800mah) Servo: 4x Emax note: until now it never flown. I crashed at take off cause of "brain error"! Print with PLA, try LW-PLA for the rear fuselage and elevator, otherwise you need much lead in the nosecone. Screw the nosecone... all other parts glue with superglue. Glue the accu-holder into the nosecone Use 6mm carbon tube for the wings and 4mm for the elevators. Use 1,75mm PLA or PETG for hinges Printsettings with Cura (other slicer not tested) wings, elevator, and rudder: infill = 2.8% infill pattern = gyroid layer high = 0,25mm retraction extra prime amount = 0,8mm³ (depends on printer) Speed = 15-30mm/s (sometimes lower is better ;) Slicing tolerance = middle Wall line count = 1 Z seam position = back or sharpest corner Combing-Mode = off Support = tree Support placement = touching buildplate cooling = 0-30 % elevator and aileron flaps: infill = 3% infill pattern = grid layer high = 0,15mm retraction extra prime amount = 0,8mm³ (depends on printer) Speed = 15-30mm/s (sometimes lower is better ;) Slicing tolerance = middle Wall line count = 1 Z seam position = back or sharpest corner Combing-Mode = off Support = tree Support plaxement = touching buildplate cooling = 0-30 % Fuselage: special parameter: infill = 100% layer high = 0,25mm retraction extra prime amount = 0,8mm³ (depends on printer) Speed = 15-30mm/s (sometimes lower is better ;) Slicing tolerance = middle Wall line count = 1 Z seam position = back or sharpest corner Combing-Mode = off Support = off (except if you using the data for smaller printer!) cooling = 0-30 % if you like it feel free to leave a tip ;) Happy printing and Holm und Rippenbruch
