I modified this wheel using Wassi's design and original SCAD file. This customized wheel exceeds four inches (measuring in at over 106mm). A standard 12mm hex hub is utilized, accompanied by a sturdy 4mm drive shaft. Ten precise lugs are present, each standing at a notable 7mm height. The rim offset boasts an impressive 30mm distance from the inside diameter, totaling approximately 83mm. My modified SCAD file, derived directly from Wassi's work, is included for your convenience, along with added comments to clarify certain aspects of the code.
