RC Truck V4 - Complete remix
thingiverse
I am excited to share with you my complete overhaul of MrCrankyface's Rc Truck V4.\r\nEvery single component was rebuilt from the ground up - Rc Truck V4 served as my foundation, and I incorporated most of its dimensions and mechanisms into my design.\r\n\r\nMy project features a standard 1000KV BLDC motor paired with a 3D printed gearbox. My truck boasts two distinct differentials with servo locker capabilities - this allows me to lock wheels at will.\r\n\r\nTo bring it to life, you'll need the following components:\r\n - Two 36cm length, 8mm diameter aluminum/carbonfiber rods,\r\n - Six-millimeter diameter aluminum/carbonfiber rods for all axles (one meter should suffice),\r\n - A pack of office pins to secure everything onto the shafts,\r\n - Electronics (receiver, motor, battery etc.),\r\n - Suspension rods:\r\n - Six 65mm - three-link suspension units,\r\n - Two 75mm panhard rods,\r\n - One 85mm steering servo linkage.\r\n - Twenty-one 686zz bearings (6x13x5mm),\r\n - Six tires identical to those in the original design.\r\n\r\nAll 3D printed parts should be printed in their downloaded orientation. Most of them do not require supports, except for universal joint's components and front axle/steering parts which necessitate additional support structures.\r\n\r\nThis is my initial working version, and I still need to redesign certain components (front wheels, locking mechanism etc.). I will strive to upload every new part available.
