I designed my own 1/10 touring car setup wheels (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3534906), and to complete the look I created matching wheelnuts. These wheelnuts are specifically designed for use with 1/10th scale touring cars, but since they're a SCAD design, you can easily adapt them to fit any other scale.
