RC Tire Truer

Not wishing to invest hundreds of euros in a tire lathe I decided to make my own for less. The design is made around a blade to unjoin that we find in all good DIY stores and a motor size 540 that we all have in our boxes. You will need two aluminum profiles 20x20 of 23cm approximately and 8mm pins of the same size and brass inserts M3 (internal diameter). All the parts are printed in PLA. Particular attention will be brought to the wheel support during printing because it must have a contact surface as flat as possible to avoid having a wheel that does not turn wheel. The part "Cale_offset" is used to have the "zero", ie align the blade with the axis of the motor. We will be able to use printed shims with the right width to cut the tires to the right diameter (tire diameter = shim size multiplied by 2)
