Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 20-40% Notes: Printed in PLA on a bed with Tesa Eco Premium tape. For rods, used hairspray to prevent them from lifting off the bed. 0.3 mm resolution for Z-res; they don't need to look perfect, just function (although barely noticeable at 0.2 mm). 70 mm/s for rods and brackets 50 mm/s for wheels No supports required, not even for wheels DO NOT print one bracket at a time unless printing on low temp; otherwise, the small nubs may fail, as well as the "outsticking part." Post-Printing: Bracket: Drill holes in marked areas for mounting. Rods: Drill hole in marked area. Sanding may be necessary to ensure a good fit in brackets. Wheels: These can be messy on the underside, depending on your printer.
