This concept is a rough outline, but you can definitely give it a try. If you want to use this concept, you'll need to print these two parts: 4 rollers: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2878765 2 pulley 12XL: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2892269 _____________________________________________________ This is a draft of a robot that's meant to be controlled via Bluetooth. I wanted to experiment with using a XL belt in reverse to simulate tank tracks. The concept uses two motor reducers mounted on shock absorbers to keep the belt tight. The rotation is handled by two M3x30 screws, and the tension is maintained by two springs attached under the chassis. The electronics are standard: Arduino, HC06 module, H bridges... The chassis measures 150mm long and 120mm wide (including wheels). Additional parts you'll need to print: 4 roller blocks for belt width 9.5mm: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2878765 2 motor pulley 12XL: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2892269 Other necessary components in the kit: - 1x 3s25C: HRB LiPo Battery 1500mAh 11.1V 25C 3S - 1x XT-XINTE 1S-8S: Lipo Battery Low Voltage Test Voltmeter - 1x XT60: Battery Connector - 1x HC-06: Bluetooth Serial Module - 2x Motor reducers TT 3v-12v; 1:48; 70mA - 1x ARDUINO UNO - 2x Springs - 2x M3x30 screws - 2x Belts 140XL037 I haven't got all the assembly tricks down yet, so I've left it up to my CyNo friends.
