RC Surface Deflection Meter
thingiverse
This is for a control surface deflection meter to measure in degrees instead of mm or in.I made two designs, one that can use M3 knurled nuts, and one with just regular M3 nuts/bolts. Requires 4 washers, 3 nuts, a wing nut, 2 M3 x 16 bolts, and an M4 nut (for the pendulum weight).Wing nut allows to zero the center for your particular plane. Just need to epoxy the bottom piece to a chip clip (be extra careful epoxying it at a perpendicular angle. Then I used adhesive backed foam insulator with a dab of super glue on the prongs of the clip to protect the plane. The angles are as measured, 0 - very bottom point, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, and then the edges are 20 degrees.
