WARNING: PLA does not make the threads waterproof, so the ship must be painted to become waterproof. I use Pelikan's Brilliant varnish for this purpose. Drive: Hull: Rumpf 1 x Motor from Mini Rock Crawler (Vaterra Slickrock or Losi) 2 x Screw (use threadlocker, otherwise they will rattle loose) Drive shaft: Propeller: Druckteil 1 x 3mm Key (about 70mm long, adjust to the model) something Grease 2 x Ball bearing Type 623 2RS (3x10x4) 2 x self-locking nut M3 1 x nut M3 2 x small O-ring between ball bearing and nut 2 x large O-ring between ball bearing and hull Assembly sequence of drive shaft from motor: self-locking nut nut (yes, two nuts one after the other) small O-ring ball bearing large O-ring through the gear train of the hull with grease large O-ring ball bearing small O-ring self-locking nut Connect drive shaft to motor shaft: Hull: Shaft connector 4 x Screw M2x12 4 x self-locking nut M2 8 x spacer M2 (DIN 125) Assembly is a bit fiddly, but possible. The two shaft connectors are different because the motor shaft is flatted. Please look carefully, then the assembly will be clear. The shaft connectors compress the self-locking nut. Steering: Hull: Rudder, steering rod 1 x Screw M3x40 (screw head should be flat, preferably with Inbus) something Grease something Twine 2 x Ball bearing Type 623 2RS (3x10x4) 2 x self-locking nut M3 1 x spacer M3 2 x small O-ring between ball bearing and nut 2 x large O-ring between ball bearing and hull Assembly sequence from top to bottom: Screw head self-locking nut (wrong thread, turn it the wrong way) Steering rod (hull part) stick on so that the nut disappears inside spacer small O-ring ball bearing large O-ring through the gear train of the hull with grease large O-ring ball bearing small O-ring self-locking nut Rudder (hull part) (holds for me only with a little nail polish ;-) ) Electronics: Hull: Superstructures, cabin Battery: Parallel connection with 2 x Lipo, 7.4 Volt, 300 mAh, 45C, 2S (from BRAINERGY, 53x22x10mm) Speed controller: for Micro models Micro Servo (maximal 26mm wide, preferably 9mm thick) Lighting: 3mm LEDs Hull: all lamps
