RC ship Battleship NJ MO WI IA Iowa class 1:200 scale 55 inch
thingiverse
1/200 scale Assembled in sections, 55 inches overall, over four and a half feet. The superstructure may not be in the right place. when I made the hollow model solid, I included little diagonal screw holes for alignment of the sections for welding. Welding- use baking soda and Superglue to weld the joint between sections and sand flush I wrapped the exterior in fiberglass cloth coated with a slow-cure casting epoxy. Tack the cloth down with superglue. Sand smooth before applying several layers of paint, and coat with polyurethane the deck is assembled in sections, but you only want to screw the deck down to the hull. Make sure you print the deck good and strong. the superstructure is also assembled in sections. It is screwed down to a strong section of the deck and meant to be removeable to access the battery and radio. 2 sheetrock screws will do. The gun turrets don't move but print separately. You figure out how to fasten them on. Maybe you can make little navy guys to stand on the deck, like the enthusiasts would do putting details in like painting whiskers on the airplane pilots face or exhaust soot on the engine...
