Newly uploaded files have been processed. No additional external support is required for the aileron, resulting in a 50% faster printing time. Further enhancements involve increasing pin sizes for added strength. The design includes three components: left and right wing spars with built-in ailerons/flaps and hinge pins. These parts are made to work with 1.2mm balsa sheets on leading and trailing edges, a 6.1mm square carbon rod for center support, and a 5g servo that fits the opening behind the center of gravity (COG). A pad is also provided on the aileron for attaching the control horn in either direction. For finishing, consider using heat shrink film or celophane with spray adhesive, although UV exposure may cause degradation over time. Recommended print settings include 20% infill, 2-3 shells, and .2mm layers. Be cautious when adjusting feedrate for internal spars (as low as 40 for a smooth finish) and the aileron (55-60 feedrate, up to 80 travel rate with potential cleanup afterwards).
