RC Plane tail wheel hinge

I aimed to enhance my 1200mm wingspan Depron Piper Cub with a steerable tail wheel, minimizing force on the rudder as much as possible. The hinge is carefully glued only to the fuselage, not to the rudder itself.\r\nTo achieve this, I drilled a 2mm hole in the hinge using a drill needle, allowing a 1.5 mm wire with sufficient slack to fit perfectly inside.\r\nThe same wire serves both as the hinge bolt and tail wheel wire. It's bent at a 180° angle at the top and inserted into a small hole. To complete the setup, I adapted the lower edge of the hinge to match the shape of the rudder.\r\nFeel free to modify this design to suit your own needs and purposes.
