I've Seen Bungee Cord Launchers That Are Simple but Require an Excessively Long Cord to Function Properly. While Searching for More Ideas, I Came Across a Launcher That Didn't Need a Long Cord But Used Pulleys to Generate the Force Needed to Get the Plane in the Air. So I Combined Both Concepts and Created This.
