Follow Experimental Airlines AXON model (as demonstrated on U Tube) with an allowable weight of 1300g. Print using 5-8 shells and adjust infill level between 40% to 60%. Set layer height at 0.15 for better quality. Attach axel collars to the 4.5mm carbon rod, securing it with hot glue on the concave face. A second design is also available without any cutouts, resulting in a part weight of 60g compared to the optimized version at 34g.
