I'm designing glue-in-place hinges with larger knuckles for increased rigidity on RC airplanes. My design features five holes in the leaf to ensure maximum adhesion when using hot glue. Two sizes are available: a smaller one measuring half an inch by half an inch, weighing 1.7 grams, and a larger one measuring one inch by one inch, weighing 3.7 grams.
