Well, here's my first contribution to the thingiverse! RC Control Surface glue-in hinge design. Completely customizable. The STL I uploaded has a hinge pin hole of 1mm, and the glue-in plate measures 15mmx15mmx1.5mm. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know about any problems, as I'm aware that I messed something up along the way in the coding! Thanks! EDIT: I already found my first error... Upon closer inspection of the assembled printed product, I discovered a couple issues. The hinge pin hole was twice the size it should have been, and I had to clear a bit on the glue plates... Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Post-Printing Ream the hinge pin hole to the correct size. Cut out a piece of foam, then glue it in with hot glue. Get ready to fly!
