Headlight for mounting on EPO wing. Made specifically for Volantex Ranger EX 757-3. However, it could potentially work with other models as well. Sources are available in Fusion 360 format for anyone who wants to modify the design. Protective glass was cut from a plastic Pepsi bottle and secured with lamination film. LEDs used are CREE XM-L2 on a 20mm diameter base, sourced from http://got.by/4e8cr6. A 15-degree lens is also utilized, available at http://got.by/4e8ds4. These components are held in place by glue. There is a long hole below the headlight body for radiator plate output. Unfortunately, no suitable material was found to create the radiator, so these headlights cannot be used continuously without overheating.
