RC Paramotor

I designed this RC Paramotor to fit the Hobbyking Parafoil, originally printing someone else's design but finding I didn't have enough thrust, so I started with the prop and chose a tried and true 9x6E APC prop. The 9x6 prop guard is too big to fit on my 200x200 Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus, so I cut it into quarters, printing four of them along with four clips that fit onto tabs on the outside of the Prop guard. The central holes are 22 mm spacing, fitting for my Emax CF2822 1200kv motors but any motor with enough power to throw the 9 inch prop and with 22 mm spacing will fit. -Edit- 07/09/19 - turns out the spacing is 23 mm for my Emax 2815/09 with a 9x7x3 prop. -Edit- 04/01/20 - redesigned to a single print piece (Single piece Paramotor.stl) to help with vibrations and to fit a 22mm spaced motor, scaling down to a 7 inch prop to fit the print bed. Next, the lower is designed with an open front to allow for any battery; I've fitted 3S 2200s and 4S 2300s that fit with a rubber band stretched over the front hooked to the tabs on the back. This unit also fits two SG90 servos with arm extensions for more play on the brake lines, so print one of these and two servo arm extensions. Lastly, the Upper has two holes for attaching carabiners with the A B C & D lines from the wing, and two arms with smaller holes that act as guides for the brake lines. Print just one Upper piece. As this is a Paramotor, I print everything with 100% infill since weight isn't an issue. Obviously, like everyone else, I'd love to see your posted makes and etcetera as I would love to see others flying this RC Paramotor. -Edit- 05/01/20 - all files have been re-uploaded (some updated to accommodate motor shafts), the zip file is now an all-in-one obj file; I've also uploaded the files in glb format.
