RC offroad xfercase
thingiverse
This instruction details a straightforward, non-reduction transfer case for an RC 4x4 vehicle. The materials needed include six 5x11 bearings, three 5mm drill rods (length adjustable), nine 13T 5mm pinion gears, and four 3mm x 10mm screws for mounting to the vehicle, along with eight 2mm x 10mm screws (or equivalent small size). The pinion gears can be sourced from HobbyKing.com (product ID: ST13T-5-M1). Cut three drill rod lengths - 35mm, 22mm, and 45mm - for the shafts, filing flat spots for grub screws and driveshaft clamping. Drill holes for the lid, 1mm deep for taping with desired screw size. Adjust shaft lengths according to your preferences.
