I'm excited to show off my brand new auto starter, a DIY project I whipped up because I was fed up with pull starts breaking on me all the time. So, I got to work and built this baby from scratch! You're more than welcome to take a closer look at the design and make any changes you see fit. The body shell of my creation is made from 3D printed parts, with a 25% infill for added strength and just 10% support material. I'm thinking you should print out the gear with 100% infill for extra durability, and crank up the speed to 80% for smoother operation. Give it a try and let me know how it works out for you!
