RC Monster truck frame 1/10
thingiverse
This project is inspired by Ursa truck, with an emphasis on durability and structural rigidity. Flat parts, easy to print, easy to assemble. All parts fit on 220x220mm beds, i.e. Anet A8, Ender 3.Compatible with SCX10 skidplate, gearbox, and axles. Battery, ESC, and motor at your discretion, I use a 3000mAh battery, Quicrun 1060, and 35T motor.Body posts match Ursa's bodies holes, but would work with pretty much any 1/10 shell.Holds together by M3 screws and 6x70mm transversal link rods (two in front and back, one on top) with 4mm washers.Body posts are sitting on 4x M3x40mm screws.Skid plate 78x22mm, I recommend a solid metal, but 3D printed would work just fine (see below).Drivetrain link rods - I used 2x 80mm, 4x 90mm, 2x 95mm together with 120mm suspension springs. Attention! This frame is symmetric, links of different lengths might require suspension adjustment. I'm fine with a little tilt forward due to longer links.Assembly guide includes the following models:skidplategearbox
