This JetBoat is an innovative remix built upon the outstanding work of wersy: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:930577 and georgdoll jetpump version: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2249781 I downscaled it to fit an Ultimaker 2 or 3, reducing the number of parts required. I redesigned the rooftop, optimizing the design to minimize support material usage as much as possible. This experimental version is designed for a speed300 motor with a 2S lipo battery and mini servo. First tests have been conducted, and results are in. From initial mounting, it's clear that the coupling (alloy + 2 headless screws) is subpar. A soft tube would be a better alternative to the alloy part. The rooftop design needs improvement - excessive support material usage, poor aesthetics. A V2 version with reduced support and improved appearance is available. A new jetprop version has been created, still in testing phase but printable without support in one piece. The back of the boat is heavy, causing issues when slowing down or accelerating again. I've designed a lighter rear section to alleviate this problem. It's being worked on and will be released soon. Keep in mind that with three propeller jetprop, it's essential for the propeller to be half-submerged in water. If fully submerged, motor torque may not be sufficient to achieve desired speed. For optimal performance, consider changing the propeller or waiting for the updated rear sections. Let's get printing!
