RC Hovercraft (plywood)
thingiverse
RC Hovercraft Made from Plywood and 3D Printed Components. Mainly Inspired by the Design of Jscaylor: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2700850 The Main Structure is Constructed from 5mm-Thickness Plywood, with Print PDF Files (Scale 1:1) Used as a Template to Cut Out the Outline and Drill Holes. Oblong Holes are Utilized to Position 3D Printed Components on the Wood Part, Requiring Precise Placement. These Holes can be Created by Drilling Two Holes (8mm in Diameter) and Then Cutting the Remaining Wood Between Them. Depending on the Specific Components Required, Supports May Need to be Added. The Assembly Uses M3 Screws and Nuts (Occasionally Directly Screwed into PLA), Providing a Secure and Reliable Connection.
