This is another project that will probably never get finished, but I'm sharing it anyway. Maybe someone out there will find something useful in it. The goal was to design a ~2.4M electric glider with a flat wing featuring 5 degrees of dihedral near the tips. The "Fuse" part of the file names stands for Fuselage, also known as the glider's body. Main wing spar: 10mm thick, with an 8mm inside joiner that I would recommend expanding to 6mm and extending its length - the ones shown are too short. Fuselage Boom: 10mm thick. Smaller wing spar: 6mm thick, featuring a 4mm solid carbon rod as the inside joiner. The short wing ribs are where the ailerons and flaps go. The entire rib is included; you just need to break off the trailing edge and use those pieces to build the control surfaces (aileron/flap). In the trailing edge balsa strips, there are four 1mm carbon strips added for extra rigidity and strength. Cheers.
