Hovercraft size measures approximately 320(L) x 220(W) x 190(H) mm. It was constructed using spare 5" quadcopter components and "leftover items from the top shelf". All parts should be printed with support enabled. Additional materials used beyond filament include: * Two 2205 brushless RaceStar motors, one clockwise and one counterclockwise. * Two 5042 three-blade propellers (or any other 5" propellers; a lower pitch is recommended for hover turbines). * Two 20A RaceStar BlHeli_S ESCs. * An Eachine TX02 combo (FPV cam + VTX 5.8/25mw). * Two 9G servos. * A FrSky S6R receiver, featuring built-in stabilization that proved to be a great asset in this project. * A 3S battery. * A battery low-voltage buzzer. * A 70mm (D=5mm) rod or tube for the turbine shaft. * 1100x130mm of any waterproof durable fabric. * A pair of 6x4 magnets for securing the front cover. * Two 5x10x4mm bearings, obtained by disassembling two spinners. * M3x15 and M3x10 button-head screws, M3x10 countersunk screws, and numerous M3 nuts. The skirt template from Skirt.PDF was used. The fabric was cut to size using scissors and glued to the plastic frame in the following order: 1. SkirtButtomRear, ...RR, ...RL, ...Fwd 2. BaseFwd+BaseRear (secured with countersunk screws) 3. SkirtTopRR, ...RL, ...FR, ...FL 4. The base and skirt were then fixed to the hovercraft body using screws.
