RC Dumas 17 in Boat Scale Conversion

I've got a scale trail truck that I plan to use to pull a 17 inch RC wood hull Dumas style boat, giving it a more realistic look alongside my truck. To make the boat truly scale, I'll need these essential parts: the outboard will be used as the rudder, and the seats will have to be attached to their posts and glued into place in both the front and rear inserts. The trolling motor also needs to be assembled by gluing its components together.
