This RC candy drop is designed specifically for use with Tower Pro MG 90 servos and the chamber's dimensions are tailored accordingly. To make installation smoother, choose servos that closely match these specifications. Alternatively, you can opt for a shorter version available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3370694. The flat clips serve to secure the servos in place within the tray. To assemble the small hinges, insert some PLA into the holes as rod pins and then glue them into position once the doors are aligned with the main chamber. Standard push rods should be used to construct the mechanism from the servo's control horn to the flap on the door. For full-scale printing, this design is optimized for use on a 300mm x 300mm printer, but you can easily scale it down to fit your own printer's dimensions. However, keep in mind that scaling may require adjustments to the servo chamber area, potentially necessitating redesigns to accommodate your chosen servo. This project was created using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/k5XMjaWARlE.
